1. Overview

The website calenlead.com and the application app.calenlead.com are operated by Calenlead (“the Company”).
Calendlead is a SaaS platform designed to simplify appointment scheduling by capturing leads’ contact details (email and phone) before they can access your calendar.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By using Calendlead, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

3. Access to the Service

Calendlead is accessible online 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages.
The Company strives to maintain high availability but shall not be held responsible for any interruption or data loss resulting from technical issues beyond its control.

4. Account Creation

To use Calendlead, users must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities that occur under their account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and features of Calendlead are the exclusive property of the Company.
Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use Calendlead in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Not use the platform for spam, fraud, or abusive activities;
  • Respect the privacy and data of other users.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Calendlead collects only the information necessary to operate the service, such as name, email address, and phone number.

Calendlead acts as the data controller and ensures that all personal data is:

  • used only for service delivery and communication,
  • stored securely with appropriate encryption,
  • never sold to third parties.


U.S. users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data, as well as to opt out of data sharing where applicable.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

9.1 Payment processing

All payments on Calendlead are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor certified under PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Calendlead does not store or have access to your full payment card information. All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.

9.2 Plans and billing

Calendlead offers both free and paid subscription plans.
Paid plans are billed automatically according to the subscription frequency chosen by the user (monthly or annually).
When subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Calendlead to charge the applicable fees using the payment method you provided.

9.3 Renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Upon cancellation, access to premium features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

9.4 Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Refund requests due to technical issues or billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Calendlead’s support team.

9.5 Taxes

All prices are displayed excluding applicable taxes.
Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with their subscription according to local regulations.

10. Security & Data Protection

10.1 Technical and Organizational Measures

Calendlead implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal and business data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These include:

Encrypted HTTPS communication (SSL/TLS) for all traffic;

Secure password hashing using bcrypt;

Token-based authentication (JWT) for session control;

Server-side and database access limited to authorized personnel only;

Continuous monitoring and security updates on all systems.

10.2 Data storage

Data is stored on secure cloud servers (for example, in the European Union or the United States) with regular backups to prevent data loss.
Calendlead uses PostgreSQL via Neon for database management, with data replication and encryption at rest.

10.3 User responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately report any unauthorized use of their account to support@calenlead.com

Calendlead shall not be liable for any damage arising from failure to comply with these obligations.

10.4 Security of third-party integrations

Calendlead integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Stripe, and email providers (Nodemailer).
These services are bound by their own security and privacy standards. Calendlead ensures that integrations are made via secure APIs and OAuth-based authentication whenever possible.

10.5 Breach notification

In the event of a data breach affecting user information, Calendlead will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the timeframe required by applicable law (e.g., GDPR 72-hour rule or CCPA equivalent).

11. Termination of Account & Service Access

11.1 Termination by the user

Users may terminate their Calendlead account at any time directly from their account settings or by contacting support@calenlead.com.

Upon termination, all active subscriptions will be cancelled, and the user’s data will be deleted or anonymized according to Calendlead’s data retention policy.

If the user has an active paid subscription, access to premium features will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

11.2 Termination by Calendlead

Calendlead reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

Violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law;

Use of the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;

Attempt to access, copy, or exploit the platform’s source code or data without authorization;

Failure to pay subscription fees or disputed payments;

Security threats or abnormal system activity associated with the account.

Calendlead may also terminate or suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory restrictions).

11.3 Effects of termination

Once an account is terminated:

All rights to access Calendlead services immediately cease;

User data associated with the account will be securely deleted after a retention period of up to 90 days, unless required by law or requested earlier by the user;

Any unpaid amounts will remain due and payable;

Calendlead has no further obligations to retain, export, or deliver user data unless explicitly agreed upon.

11.4 Account reactivation

In cases of suspension (not full termination), users may contact support@calenlead.com
to request account reactivation. Calendlead may reinstate access at its sole discretion, subject to verification and payment of any outstanding amounts.

11.5 Survival of provisions

Certain clauses of these Terms shall survive termination — including, but not limited to, sections on Intellectual Property (5), Payments (9), and Governing Law (13), to the extent necessary to resolve disputes or enforce rights arising before termination.

12. Changes to the Terms

Calendlead reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect legal, technical, or business developments.
If a material change is made, users will be notified by email, in-app message, or a notice on the website.

The updated Terms will become effective as of the date indicated at the top of the document.

By continuing to access or use Calendlead after any changes become effective, users agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue using the service and may request account deletion by contacting support@calenlead.com

Calendlead encourages all users to review this page periodically to stay informed of updates.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by internationally recognized legal principles applicable to digital services and cross-border online transactions.
In the event of a dispute, Calendlead aims to resolve issues amicably and efficiently before resorting to formal proceedings.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the user’s or the Company’s jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable international law.
Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any rights users may have under mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws in their country of residence.

By using Calendlead, you agree that all claims, disputes, or actions related to the service shall be governed and interpreted in good faith, with respect to principles of fairness, transparency, and international best practices for SaaS providers.
